Experience

Attorney Julia Baginski has handled hundreds of criminal cases, and has been successful in numerous jury and bench trials.  She is devoted to protecting the rights of the accused, and always strives for excellence.  Prior to opening her own private practice, she was an Assistant Public Defender for two of Florida's Judicial Circuits. 

Attorney Baginski is an active member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the St. Lucie County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the St. Lucie County Bar Association, and the Florida Bar. 

Julia Baginski proudly serves as the current President of the St. Lucie County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Education

Attorney Julia Baginski obtained her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, where she received the Victor O. Wehle award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, and the Paul Barnard Award for Clinic Excellence.  Attorney Baginski received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida.
